About the Role

An industry-leading automotive manufacturer is seeking an experienced General Manager to oversee operations at its 200,000 sq ft facility, leading a team of 400+ employees. The ideal candidate will drive productivity, quality, and safety, ensuring the plant meets operational goals and customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for all manufacturing operations
  
• Manage a large-scale workforce, including 8+ direct reports
  
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and customer certifications
  
• Oversee continuous improvement initiatives to optimize efficiency and quality
  
• Maintain a safe and structured manufacturing environment, adhering to safety protocols
  

Requirements

Qualifications

 Degree in Business, Engineering, or equivalent

 10+ years of experience in manufacturing or supervisory roles

 Strong background in plastic injection molding/manufacturing preferred

 Ability to lead and develop a large team

 Willingness to work in a hands-on manufacturing environment
