We are inviting you to apply for the position of

General Manager - B-Lux Grill Bar . In this position you will oversee and coordinate the planning, organizing, training and leadership in our American concept, featuring Deliciously unique burgers and shakes handcrafted from scratch. We are proud to offer fresh ingredients that are locally sourced.

B-Lux Grill Bar is the perfect place to watch your favorite sporting event, enjoy quality food with your family, or grab a quick bite to eat.

You will also focus on sales, costs, employee retention, guest satisfaction, food quality, cleanliness, and sanitation.

We do require that you have background, consisting of two years of prior sit-down restaurant supervisory experience. It is preferred that you have at least five years of food and beverage experience in a hotel, resort, or fast-food management setting. Having experience reading some financial documents would be desired.
