The Wags Club is the largest and most upscale dog daycare and boarding resort on the Westside. We’re looking for a General Manager to lead our team, support daily operations, and help maintain the high level of care our clients expect.

This role is ideal for someone with management experience who enjoys working with people, staying organized, and keeping operations running smoothly.

What You’ll Do

• Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth day-to-day workflow


• Lead and support a team of staff members across multiple shifts


• Maintain a safe and positive environment for all dogs


• Assist with scheduling, payroll, and general administrative tasks


• Communicate with clients and help resolve issues when needed


• Ensure consistency in service and team performance

About the Role

This is a hands-on leadership position in a business that operates seven days a week. Managers are expected to stay engaged with their team and help ensure everything runs smoothly throughout the day.
