Position Summary

The General Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of hotel operations, including financial performance, guest satisfaction, and team leadership.

This is a hands -on leadership role requiring a strong operator who can build a team, drive results, and maintain high standards across all areas of the property.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead all day -to -day hotel operations across departments (Front Desk, Housekeeping, Maintenance, etc.)
  
• Works closely with sales leadership to support extended -stay revenue growth and property performance
  
• Recruit, train, and develop a high -performing team
  
• Manage budgets, control expenses, and maximize revenue performance
  
• Maintain strong guest satisfaction and service standards
  
• Handle guest concerns and ensure timely resolution
  
• Conduct daily team check -ins and maintain strong communication across departments
  
• Perform regular property inspections to ensure brand and quality standards
  
• Oversee administrative functions including payroll, reporting, and compliance
  
• Ensure adherence to safety, operational, and brand standards
  
• Maintain a strong, visible leadership presence on -property
  

Qualifications

• 1–3+ years of hotel leadership or supervisory experience
  
• Strong hospitality operations background (extended stay preferred)
  
• Proven ability to lead teams and manage day -to -day operations
  
• Experience managing budgets and financial performance
  
• Strong problem -solving and decision -making skills
