General Manager Cafe

As a Manager at French Truck Coffee, you’ll lead the daily operations of one of our café locations—ensuring a positive team culture, operational efficiency, and an exceptional guest experience. You’ll be the driving force behind a clean, safe, and welcoming space that truly reflects the heart of French Truck Coffee.

This role is responsible for overseeing labor, scheduling, inventory, costs, and overall team performance. As a leader and brand ambassador, you’ll foster strong relationships, uphold high standards, and help cultivate a workplace where team members thrive.

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in operations management within food service, hospitality, or food manufacturing  
• A leadership style that’s hands-on, team-focused, and solutions-driven  
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs 
• Able to stand and be active on your feet for extended periods
