Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic General Manager to lead all aspects of our dealership operations. The ideal candidate will be a proven automotive leader with a track record of driving profitability, building high-performing teams, and delivering outstanding customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all dealership operations including sales, service, parts, and finance departments.
• Develop and execute strategic business plans to achieve sales targets and profitability goals.
• Train, mentor, and retain top talent across sales & finance departments.
• Ensure compliance with manufacturer standards, dealership policies, and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor key performance indicators and implement improvements to maximize efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, manufacturer representatives, and community stakeholders.
• Manage dealership budget, expenses, and financial performance.
• Foster a positive workplace culture focused on teamwork, accountability, and excellence.
