Our company is hiring a Manager to oversee all aspects of the day-to-day management of our site. A successful candidate will be able to motivate and engage employees to exceed company sales goals, and will work closely with the employees to ensure efficiency and accuracy with company SOPs
What do we seek?
Supervise Department Managers, ensuring adherence to company procedures and policies.
Lead a team of over 40 employees across various automotive businesses, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
Be a visible and a active presence on the floor, directly involved in daily operations and supporting staff.
Train and supervise personnel in effective sales tactics and customer service excellence.
Mentor and develop team members, identifying growth opportunities and providing constructive feedback to enhance their skills and performance.
Ensure the company follows Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) across all departments.
Oversee site operations in all facets, from daily activities to long-term strategic planning.
Implement problem-solving strategies to address operational challenges and drive continuous improvement.
Meet or exceed sales goals by leveraging company resources and procedures effectively.
Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve business objectives.
