We are seeking a dynamic General Manager to lead our Dublin Nissan / Infiniti store into its next phase of growth.

General Manager Position Overview

Pay Scale: $180,000 to $300,000 annually

As the General Manager, you will be responsible for the overall performance and profitability of the Dublin Nissan / Infiniti dealership. You will provide strategic leadership, build strong teams, and drive operational excellence across all departments — Sales, Service, Finance, Parts, and Administration. You will ensure the highest standards of customer satisfaction while meeting or exceeding financial targets.

Key Responsibilities

Leadership & Management

• Provide executive leadership to department managers and staff.


• Cultivate a strong performance culture driven by accountability, coaching, and professional development.


• Ensure team alignment with company goals and values.

Operational Performance

• Oversee daily operations of the dealership and ensure efficient workflow and processes.


• Monitor and improve key performance metrics, including sales, gross profit, expenses, CSI (Customer Satisfaction Index), and CSI scores.


• Implement best practices to enhance productivity and profitability.

Sales & Profitability

• Drive retail sales performance across new and used vehicles.


• Optimize F&I penetration and profitability.


• Collaborate with marketing to develop campaigns that drive showroom traffic and service business.

Customer Experience

• Champion a customer-first environment.


• Resolve escalated customer issues with professionalism and strategic problem‑solving.


• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.

Financial Oversight

• Develop and manage dealership budgets.


• Analyze financial statements and reports to make data‑driven decisions.


• Ensure compliance with all financial, legal, and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a General Manager or senior leadership role within an automotive dealership (Nissan/Infiniti experience is a plus).


• Strong understanding of P&L management and dealership operations.


• Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and mentor teams.


• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.


• Strong analytical and problem‑solving capabilities.


• Results‑driven with a focus on continuous improvement.


• Familiarity with CRM and dealership management systems.
