The Role:

As General Manager, you will oversee the business, operational, financial, and people management aspects of the restaurant. Some of your main responsibilities will include:

• Managing inventory, vendor relations, and financial reconciliation
• Ensuring building and equipment maintenance, cleanliness, and security
• Delivering exceptional customer service and fostering community connections
• Hiring, training, scheduling, and supervising team members
• Coaching and developing staff to maximize their potential
• Overseeing food preparation and ensuring quality standards
• Managing catering orders, including phone orders, deliveries, and off-site events

What We’re Looking For:

• Have at least 3 years of restaurant management experience
• Be passionate about leading and developing people
• Thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
• Demonstrate excellent communication and service skills
• Be able to work nights and weekends as needed
• Hold a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
