We're seeking a hands-on, strategic General Manager to lead our Finyl Products Business Unit—a high-impact role focused on scaling operations, improving profitability, and building strong customer relationships.

What You’ll Do

• Lead business unit performance to exceed profitability and growth targets
• Maintain installation contribution margin above 46%
• Achieve product distribution margins over 27%
• Increase front-office (Estimating & Drafting) throughput by 25%+
• Scale operations to support 100% top-line revenue growth
• Build strong relationships with key decision-makers across our top 10 customers
• Champion a culture of Lean principles and continuous improvement
• Partner with HR to build onboarding and training programs
• Develop, report, and analyze operational KPIs to guide performance
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance analysis

Requirements

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in manufacturing, construction, or a related industry
• 7+ years in a leadership role with direct reports
• Proven success in B2B customer engagement and business development
• Experience with contract or engineered-to-order manufacturing
• P&L ownership in a $20M+ revenue environment
• Strong proficiency in ERP systems and Office 365 tools
• Effective communicator with strong organizational leadership skills
• Based within commuting distance to Ocala, FL
• Experience leading in Lean, ISO, QMS, or similar environments

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in aluminum fabrication, cabinetry, or coatings (paint/powder)
• Background in construction or building products
• Leadership in a $40M+ revenue business unit
• Sage/MAS ERP experience
• Formal Lean or Six Sigma certification
