Key Responsibilities

• Lead the People: Recruit, coach, and inspire a top-notch crew. Stay active on the line alongside your team during peak rushes.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of leadership in high-volume fast-casual, QSR, or hospitality management.
• Solid financial sense with hands-on experience controlling labor and food costs.
• High-energy, coaching mindset with a track record of developing crew members.
• Flexibility to work a flexible schedule (days, nights, weekends) based on business needs.

Physical Requirements

• The essential duties of a team member at Five Guys include standing and walking for the duration of a shift (up to 8 hours), frequently bending, reaching, and lifting items weighing up to 50 pounds (such as bags of potatoes or boxes of peanut oil), and working safely in a fast-paced, high-temperature environment.
