General Manager Qualifications

Must have 3 or more years as a manager with training responsibilities
Proficient in writing Schedule, Ordering and Controlables
Be able to hold people accountable
Must enjoy and be a good teacher/coach
Customer focused. Creating a great experience

General Manager Responsibilities

Experience with New Restaurant Openings
Helps Develop, Execute and Uphold the standards of the concept
Drives profitability and operational compliance - good with budgets and checklists
Builds team talent - ensures only the right people are being developed as the brand grows
Drives sales through great guest experiences - we want them to come back again and again
Plans and communicates effectively with team and supervisors - organization is key
Leads by example and is able to work shoulder-to-shoulder with the crew
