Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily dealership operations with a focus on sales performance and profitability
Manage and develop the sales desk: desking deals, inventory turn, and gross performance
Recruit, train, and mentor sales staff to ensure high closing ratios and strong customer service
Set sales goals and monitor KPIs to drive team accountability and results
Collaborate with ownership to strategize growth initiatives and marketing efforts
Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal automotive regulations
Requirements:
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a General Manager or General Sales Manager role in a Pre-Owned focused Dealership.
Strong knowledge of inventory management, deal structuring, and F&I process
Demonstrated ability to lead and grow sales teams
Experience with CRM tools and DMS systems
Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
Proven track record of hitting sales goals and increasing revenue
