We are a fast-growing company with locations open and opening soon in Indiana, Kentucky, and Tennessee. We are looking for a General Manager to oversee our crew, budgets, and operations of the local business unit.

General Manager responsibilities include formulating overall strategy, managing your crew members and establishing policies. You will be responsible for all aspects of running a successful business, ordering product, budgeting,

payroll and other operations. Ultimately, you’ll help our company grow and thrive.

Qualifications:

• Must be 18 years of age or older 
• 3+ years of restaurant experience - prefer management 
• High School Diploma or equivalent 
• Complete a background check  
• Pre-employment drug screen

Requirements

• Increase sales by providing outstanding product and service 
• Write an effective work schedule each week
• Work lunch, dinner, and weekends, monitoring quality of food and service 
• Ensure restaurant is 100% staffed with quality Team Members 
• Ensure full implementation of new employee orientation and training program 
• Purchase food, beverages and supplies as needed and oversee their preparation  
• Operate in accordance with established performance, profits, and operating standards 
• Supervise and motivate crew
• Have a good working knowledge of all equipment, and assume responsibility for preventive maintenance of your unit 
• Continually develop Assistant Managers in the operation of a Zaxby’s unit and prepare them for General Manager responsibility
• Provide leadership by displaying excitement, enthusiasm, a positive mental attitude, and commitment toward company objectives 
• Maintain an attitude of flexibility that allows performance above and beyond the parameters of this position
