Here’s what you’ll do:

Lead Interstate’s business strategy and operational approach in the Indianapolis market.
Drive positive P&L outcomes while ensuring outstanding team member, client, and customer satisfaction.
Maintain and nurture all client relationships within the Indianapolis market.
Responsible for all operational systems, budget development, and financial reporting.
Supervision, coaching, mentoring, and professional development of Indianapolis team members.

Here’s what we’re looking for:

Management experience in a client and customer-centric environment such as parking, hospitality, retail, or commercial property management.
Proven leadership skills with significant experience managing budgets, delivering high levels of customer satisfaction, developing and maintaining B2B relationships, and creating a world-class work environment.
A degree in business, marketing, hotel/hospitality management, or related field.
