Responsibilities:
- Leadership and Management:
- Provide strong leadership and direction to all restaurant staff.
- Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team.
- Set performance expectations and conduct regular performance evaluations.

- Handle employee relations issues effectively and professionally.
2 . Operational Excellence:
- Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations, including opening and closing procedures.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards.
- Monitor inventory levels and manage food and beverage costs.
- Implement efficient workflows and procedures to maximize productivity.
- Address any operational issues promptly and effectively.
3. Customer Satisfaction:
- Uphold the highest standards of service excellence and hospitality.
- Interact with guests to ensure their needs are met and address any concerns.
- Continuously seek feedback and implement improvements to enhance the guest experience.
- Resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
4. Financial Management:
- Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial goals.
- Monitor sales performance and identify opportunities for revenue growth.
- Control operating expenses and labor costs to optimize profitability.
- Analyze financial reports and implement strategies to achieve financial targets.
5. Private Events:
- Collaborate with Events team to develop and implement promotional strategies.
- Execute private events from BEOs dictated by Events Manager and Assistant Events Manager
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant management
- Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales growth.
- Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, including food and beverage service, inventory management, and labor control.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lead, motivate, and develop a diverse team.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
