Responsibilities:

1. Leadership and Management:

• Provide strong leadership and direction to all restaurant staff.
• Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team.
• Set performance expectations and conduct regular performance evaluations.
• Foster a positive and inclusive work environment.
• Handle employee relations issues effectively and professionally.

2 . Operational Excellence:

• Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations, including opening and closing procedures.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards.
• Monitor inventory levels and manage food and beverage costs.
• Implement efficient workflows and procedures to maximize productivity.
• Address any operational issues promptly and effectively.

3. Customer Satisfaction:

• Uphold the highest standards of service excellence and hospitality.
• Interact with guests to ensure their needs are met and address any concerns.
• Continuously seek feedback and implement improvements to enhance the guest experience.
• Resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.

4. Financial Management:

• Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial goals.
• Monitor sales performance and identify opportunities for revenue growth.
• Control operating expenses and labor costs to optimize profitability.
• Analyze financial reports and implement strategies to achieve financial targets.

5. Private Events:

• Collaborate with Events team to develop and implement promotional strategies.
• Execute private events from BEOs dictated by Events Manager and Assistant Events Manager

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant management
• Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales growth.
• Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, including food and beverage service, inventory management, and labor control.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lead, motivate, and develop a diverse team.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
