- Oversee daily restaurant operations, staffing, and shift execution
- Coach and develop team members and leaders
- Maintain food safety, cleanliness, and brand standards
- Manage inventory, scheduling, and local performance goals
Required qualifications/skills:
- Prior restaurant management experience
- Reliable transportation

Your Typical Shift
You'll start by checking sales and staffing, then walk the restaurant to confirm the dining room, kitchen, and drive-thru are set for the rush. Throughout the day you'll stay visible on the floor, touch base with leaders, and step in where needed to keep service moving. Between peak periods, you'll review schedules, follow up on product and prep levels, and connect with your team on what's working and what needs attention. You'll close out by confirming paperwork is complete and the store is ready for the next day.
