General Manager - Orlando FL Position Summary

This position drives the strategic initiatives of the sales and product support departments to ensure continued growth of sales revenue and market share. The General Manager will supervise and lead the Orlando, FL Sales department and the Parts & Service department in a positive teamwork environment, develop business opportunities and increase market penetration with store P&L responsibilities.

Essential Duties of the General Manager
Responsible for building up and supporting machine sales department, increasing market share, maintaining business relationships, calling on key accounts, and overseeing special projects.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to capture market share and drive revenue growth
Enhance the service & parts department customer support which is crucial for the company's growth.
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
Provide ongoing training and development to the sales and aftermarket teams to enhance their product knowledge and sales skills.
Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and team achievements for senior management.
Establishes training/learning paths for all personnel. Determine training programs to participate in based on training budget established in collaboration with Vice President of Product Support and the President.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Education and Qualifications of the General Manager
High School Diploma or equivalent
General knowledge of heavy equipment
Minimum 5 years' experience in a Heavy Equipment dealer or manufacturer
Previous supervisory or management experience
Team skills
Travel:
Frequent regional travel may be necessary.
