General Manager (Popeye's)

We're looking for an experienced General Manager to lead one of our Popeyes restaurants. This is an opportunity for a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, develops high-performing teams, and is passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences.

What You'll Do

• Lead all day-to-day restaurant operations while maintaining exceptional food quality, service, and cleanliness.
• Recruit, hire, train, coach, and develop a high-performing team.
• Drive sales growth while managing labor, food cost, inventory, and profitability.
• Ensure compliance with all food safety, sanitation, and company standards.
• Create a positive work environment focused on accountability, teamwork, and guest satisfaction.
• Analyze restaurant performance and implement action plans to achieve operational goals.
• Maintain staffing levels and build a strong talent pipeline.
• Lead by example and provide outstanding customer service.

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of General Manager experience in a Quick Service Restaurant (QSR).
• Proven success leading high-volume restaurant operations.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills.
• Experience managing P&L, labor, food cost, and inventory.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
