Job Overview
The General Manager will be responsible for overseeing restaurant operations, managing staff, ensuring profitability, and maintaining Popeyes' high standards for food quality and customer service.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage all restaurant operations, including food preparation, inventory, and financial performance.
Recruit, train, and develop a strong team of employees to uphold company and brand standards.
Monitor and control labor, food, and operational costs to maximize profitability.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and food handling regulations.
Develop and implement strategies to drive sales, improve efficiency, and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Handle customer concerns and resolve issues in a professional manner.
Maintain financial reports, analyze sales trends, and adjust operations as needed.
- Foster a positive work environment and lead by example to boost employee morale.
Qualifications
2+ years of restaurant management experience (QSR/fast food experience preferred).
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Knowledge of POS systems, inventory management, and financial reporting.
- Ability to motivate and develop employees while maintaining high performance standards.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
