GENERAL MANAGER HIGHLIGHTS: Rumble Boxing is looking for a highly motivated individual who will be responsible for meeting studio sales goals, membership renewals and ancillary service goals. Under the management of Studio Owner and with the support of a Rumble Experience team, the General Manager must exemplify leadership qualities in all areas of the business. This individual will build lasting relationships with prospective and current members to build a strong ambassadorship and retain members. The General Manager is rooted in hospitality and upholds our mission of fueling energetic communal experience.

PRIME LOCATION POSITIONED FOR GROWTH: We're located at the corner of Fillmore and Filbert.  There is exponential growth potential for this premium studio.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead generation & management
• Strategically engage in marketing efforts to generate leads for the studio
• Organize events – build awareness in the community
• Follow the LASER process to convert Leads to Members
• Convert non-members to members
• Build rapport and lasting relationships with all members
• Retain existing members and engage with them in a way that generates referrals
• Handle all Boxer concerns timely with a solutions-focused attitude
• Hire and train new Rumble Team Members
• Manage Rumble schedule
• Supervise Rumble Team Performance and Drive Results
• Create a positive work environment
• Collaborate with Studio Owner to set daily, weekly and monthly targets
• Conduct pre-planning (monthly/quarterly basis) to meet financial targets
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the Studio
• Ensure all technology is working; submit trouble tickets when necessary

KEY REQUIREMENTS:

• 3+ years of retail/service/fitness sales experience
• BA Preferred
• Social media savvy - you'll be running our Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and other related platforms
•  Ability to manage and drive studio revenue streams in memberships and retail
• Confident in generating personal sales
• Competitive by nature
• Self-motivated
• A leader – an ability to recruit, build and train a team in sales and customer relations
• Excellent communication and strong interpersonal skills in written (email/text),
• Ability to excel in a fast changing, diverse environment
• Ability to recognize areas of improvement and make changes using good judgment
• Affinity and passion for fitness
• Highly organized
• Proficient in data management
• Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
• Professional, punctual, reliable, and neat
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Trustworthy – can handle confidential/personal information
• Proficient with computers and Studio software 
• ClubReady experience preferred
