General Manager - Warrensburg, MO

• Ensure a consistently great customer experience for all guests and the highest wash quality


• Manage and oversee day-to-day operations and align practices to the company's vision, principles, and policies


• Inspire others and build a dynamic, strong team through effective interviewing, hiring, coaching, supervising, scheduling, and evaluating of associates and assistant managers


• Maintain a beautiful, clean, operational, and orderly carwash facility and property


• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records related to operations, human resources, preventative maintenance, and inventory; collect and enter data and photo/video documentation into a computer system


• Ensure a safe work environment


• Build positive relationships with community partners


• Make good decisions to resolve issues quickly and appropriately


• Perform other operations, maintenance and carwash site care duties, as requested

• At least 2+ years of successful management experience in the in the service industry, retail and/or other customer-focused industry


• Confidence and desire to work with people to inspire team member development, grow club memberships, and solve problems


• Goal-orientation, a strong work ethic, and ability to multi-task and prioritize goals and tasks


• Comfort with technology and ability to quickly learn a point-of-sale system and a variety of applications on both Apple and PC devices


• Experience in operating a variety of equipment and tools and willingness to learn new mechanical skills


• Ability to maintain clear and transparent communication, both verbally and in writing


• Willingness to abide by our uniform appearance standards and consent to a background check


• Availability to work a flexible schedule based upon project and training requirements


• Willingness to travel periodically (up to 10%)


• Valid driver's license required


• The position will start in our Overland Park, KS location and transition to the new location in Warrensburg, MO
