Our franchise is seeking someone who is a rare “high achiever” to fill a key leadership role. As the General Manger, you will be responsible for hiring, training, and motivating the management team and for the overall success of the company. If you are self-motivated, have excellent management, communication, and interpersonal skills, and enjoy challenging situations, then you will thrive in this work environment. Primary Responsibilities

· Provide the planning, budgeting, goals, objectives, and development of the Marketing, Production, Construction, and Office Teams

· Lead a team of managers as they respond to and manage restoration and construction projects

· Ensure clear two-way communication with owner, managers, team members, property owners, and clients

· Ensure customer and client satisfaction

· Oversee all project estimating, job costing, and quality control for jobsites and files

· Ensure job processes and procedures are followed, including safety training and guidelines

· Oversee and assist with human resources and training functions, including recruiting, hiring, training, and development of managers and staff, as necessary

· Ability to manage and monitor multiple operational divisions (managers and staff)

Position Requirements

· Effective written and oral communication

· Intermediate math skills

· 5+ years management experience, restoration industry experience a plus

· Excellent leadership skills

· Proficient computer skills

· Knowledgeable at job costing, and quality control

· Ability to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law
