Wurzak Hotel Group is on the hunt for a bold, people-first General Manager to take the helm as the Captain of the brand-new Moxy St. Petersburg Downtown, where fun isn’t an afterthought, it is the product.

With 163 stylish guestrooms, immersive communal spaces, and a dynamic rooftop restaurant, pool, and bar scene, Moxy St. Pete is designed for connection, creativity, and unforgettable moments.

As General Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind the vibe, the culture, and the business.
We’re looking for a charismatic, commercially savvy leader who knows how to balance serious operational excellence with unapologetic fun. Someone who leads with confidence, communicates with clarity, energizes teams, and understands that in a Moxy, the experience is the differentiator.
POSITION SUMMARY
The General Manager is the primary strategic and operational leader of the hotel, fully accountable for Rooms, Food and Beverage, Revenue Management, Sales, and overall financial performance. This role requires hands-on leadership in a full-service hotel environment, with particular strength in Food and Beverage operations given the experiential nature and scale of the outlets.
The General Manager serves as the face of the hotel, internally as a culture carrier and externally as a brand ambassador, while ensuring guest satisfaction, team engagement, and strong returns on investment. This is a 24/7 operation, and flexibility in schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, is required.
