Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct patient evaluations to assess functional abilities, limitations, and rehabilitation needs.


• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on physician directives and patient goals.


• Provide therapeutic interventions focused on mobility, coordination, self-care, and cognitive function.


• Educate patients, families, and caregivers on therapy goals, adaptive techniques, and assistive equipment.


• Document assessments, treatment sessions, and progress notes in compliance with facility and regulatory standards.


• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary care teams to ensure comprehensive treatment.


• Maintain a safe and supportive therapy environment while upholding infection control standards.

Qualifications:

• Master’s or Doctorate degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.


• Current and valid Occupational Therapist license in Missouri (or compact license).


• Minimum of 1 year of recent occupational therapy experience in a clinical or rehab setting.


• Current certification in Basic Life Support.


• COVID-19 vaccine and recent tuberculosis test.


• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
