Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of the new and used vehicle sales departments


• Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing sales team


• Set and consistently achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals


• Ensure an exceptional customer experience from initial contact through delivery


• Manage inventory control, pricing strategy, and vendor relationships


• Provide support to finance operations as needed

Requirements:

• Prior success in automotive sales


• Proven management experience within a dealership environment


• Strong leadership, communication, and team-building abilities


• Solid understanding of the retail automotive sales process


• Experience with dealership CRM and DMS systems
