General Service Technician / Service Advisor Hybrid - Tire Tracks - Plano

Description

Tire Tracks, a full-service auto-repair shop serving the local and surrounding Plano communities, is looking for an experienced GENERAL SERVICE TECHNICIAN that has superior customer service skills, and has an interest in assisting our SERVICE ADVISORS with answering phones and scheduling appointments for our customers from time-to-time! This unique role is ideal for someone looking to expand their knowledge, whether it be in the front or back of our shop.

EARN: $18 - $22 an hour

SHOP ADDRESS: 3955 Turner Ave, Plano, IL 60545 

HOURS: M-F:  8AM-5PM CST

Requirements

• At least 1 year of customer service / sales experience.
• Willing to commit to building the customer experience and a shop reputation for honesty, transparency, and outstanding work.
• At least 6 months - 1 year Automotive Technician experience or a combination of experience and school training for this position.
• Willingness to obtain state certifications or corresponding ASE certifications.
