General Service Technician/Lube Technician

Pioneer Automotive is seeking a professional, motivated, and reliable General Service/Lube Technician at our Denton, Texas, location in the Dallas area! General Service Technicians perform basic repairs and maintenance on customer vehicles. The ideal candidate is eager to learn and always strives to improve their skills.

INDUSTRY-LEADING PAY for the Lube Technician position, plus a signing bonus of up to $2,000, depending on ASE certifications and mechanical experience.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Ability to perform standard repairs on all makes/models of vehicles.
• Perform quality inspections and recommend necessary services.
• Perform auto repairs, including oil changes, tire installation, alignments, steering, suspension, brakes, and air conditioning.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Basic knowledge of automotive maintenance, including oil changes, tire services, and vehicle inspections.
• Previous experience as a General Service or Lube Technician preferred.
• ASE certifications preferred.
• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to follow instructions and perform work safely and accurately.
• Dependable attendance, a strong work ethic, and a team-first attitude.
• Willingness to learn, develop technical skills, and provide quality service.
