What You'll Do:

As a General Shop Assistant, you’ll play a vital role in our production process, helping create high-quality metal ramps and safety solutions. Your day-to-day tasks will include:

• Prepping, cleaning, and packaging finished metal products
• Cutting materials to size
• Assembling and installing ramp systems
• Painting and finishing metal components
• Assisting with pallet building and material handling
• Maintaining a clean and organized workspace
• Operating tools and machinery (training provided!)

Requirements

What We’re Looking For:

We value skills, work ethic, and a team-first mindset more than just experience. If you have the following, we want to hear from you:

• High school diploma or GED
• Experience using metal-cutting saws (required)
• Familiarity with spray gun painting (a plus)
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs
• Experience with forklifts or overhead cranes (a plus, but not required)
• Strong communication skills and reliability
• A problem-solving attitude and willingness to learn
