We’re seeking a General Superintendent to lead our field operations, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. Your Role & Responsibilities:

Project Oversight & Execution

• Supervise all aspects of tilt-up concrete construction, including formwork, rebar, and placement processes.


• Ensure job site safety, productivity, and quality remain top priorities.


• Lead and coordinate field crews to meet schedules and company standards.


• Make key decisions regarding job startup, shutdown, and execution.


• Represent T&T Construction Management Group in job site meetings, including pre-pour discussions.


• Provide oversight on multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring adherence to company standards and client expectations.

Safety & Compliance

• Conduct regular job site safety inspections and enforce OSHA compliance.


• Lead weekly Toolbox Talks and ensure proper use of safety equipment.


• Assist in accident investigations and administer corrective actions as needed.

Personnel & Resource Management

• Oversee workforce scheduling, hiring, and performance evaluations.


• Train and develop field personnel to meet high-quality standards.


• Manage costs and budgets for all assigned projects, ensuring financial goals are met.


• Supervise multiple superintendents and crews across various job sites, ensuring consistent performance and adherence to company policies.

Planning & Documentation

• Maintain daily job logs, tracking work completed, conditions, and any challenges.


• Review and approve job-related costs, payroll records, and subcontractor expenses.


• Develop action plans to keep projects on schedule and under budget.

What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum of 10 years in concrete construction, with at least 5 years in tilt-up work.


• 5+ years of superintendent experience with large-scale self-perform general contractors or concrete contractors.


• Proven leadership in managing multiple job sites.


• In-depth knowledge of concrete placement, forming, finishing, and curing processes.


• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.


• OSHA 30-hour certification required.


• Excellent supervisory, communication, and problem-solving skills.


• Ability to read and interpret plans, drawings, and specifications.


• Self-motivated with strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask.


• Experience overseeing multiple projects, superintendents, and field crews simultaneously.
