Electrical General Superintendent

The Electrical General Superintendent is responsible for overseeing all electrical construction activities on large-scale commercial, industrial, and/or mission-critical projects. This role leads field operations, manages Superintendents and Foremen, coordinates subcontractors and vendors, and ensures projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day electrical construction operations and field personnel.
• Manage Superintendents, Foremen, subcontractors, and trade partners.
• Coordinate project schedules, manpower, materials, and equipment.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and electrical code requirements.
• Partner with Project Managers and clients to resolve field issues.
• Monitor productivity, progress, and project milestones.
• Lead safety meetings and promote a strong safety culture.
• Review drawings, specifications, RFIs, and change orders.

Qualifications:

• 10+ years of electrical construction experience, with significant leadership experience.
• Proven experience managing large-scale commercial, industrial, or mission-critical projects.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, construction practices, and NEC requirements.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple crews and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
