General Superintendent

I am currently working alongside one of the top ENR ranked GC/CM's in the States. Who are strategically looking for a General Superintendent in the Florida market.

Responsibilities
You would play an integral part of their Florida operations as a General Superintendent, overseeing some of their biggest projects and helping them execute more projects across the Florida market.
Managing all daily field operations to ensure proper site safety, construction, progress, quality control and a clean site on their large projects.
Build relationships with and help manage subcontractors and vendors.
Have a thorough understanding of project strategy and commitments including financial goals, scheduling, logistics, phasing, milestones, inspections.
Ensure that the inspections are approved, documented, and communicated to the project team.

Profile
Proven track-record as a Superintendent.
~10+ Years of Superintendent/Field experience.
Experience working on large-scale construction projects in core markets.
Lead Superintendent on projects ranging from $50-500M.
Experience in managing superintendents and all trades on site with great communication skills as well as the training, developing and mentoring of others.

Salary
Depending on experience, they will pay up to $200K base salary.
