• Board Requirements: BC/BE in General Surgery
• DEA & Certifications: DEA, CSR required

REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
• Board Status: BC/BE in General Surgery
• State License Required: Eligibility for Indiana medical license
• Certifications: DEA, CSR
• Experience: Previous general surgery experience preferred
• Additional Requirements: EPIC proficiency, collaborative practice approach
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
• Perform general surgical procedures in inpatient and outpatient settings
• Participate in call rotation (1 in 5)
• Provide consultative services and follow-up care
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams
• Maintain accurate documentation using EPIC EMR system
