We are seeking a General Surgeon with trauma experience to lead a team of highly qualified surgeons and Advanced Practice Providers (APPs) at a Level III Trauma Center.

• Responsibilities: Leading a team of surgeons and APPs, handling a great case mix of emergency general surgery and trauma cases.
  

Requirements

• Experience: At least 2 years of clinical experience in a verified trauma program.
  


• Certification: Board-certified in General Surgery; Surgery Critical Care certification is a plus, but not mandatory.
  


• Skills: Strong communication skills with leaders, peers, and staff.
  


• Passion: A genuine passion for trauma surgery and a desire for continuous growth.
