Great opportunity for a General Surgery NP/PA to live and work in the Texarkana, TX area.

Board Certified Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA)
Hospital employed position
Must have inpatient, acute care experience
No procedures, no first assist
Duties are Rounding and Call only
24 hour call, rotating weekends, 8-9 days a month, will not always be called in
10 days of scheduled rounding/month
Rounding start at 7a and could be 8 hours, or could be over at 1-2 or 2-3, etc depending on need
15-18 patients per day, will vary
3 APP's and 5 Physicians in this group
Colon resections, gunshot wounds, cancer, appendix, etc
Salary plus Quality bonus plus Sign On Bonus - no production bonus
