• Shift Schedule: No weekends

- Breast: TBD; 4 (10 -hr shifts)

- Plastics: Mon -Fri; 8a -430p

• Patient Demographics: Adults

• Patient Volume:

- Breast: TBD

- Plastics: 1 -10; Surgeries: 1 per day

• Admissions: 1 (Plastics)

• Rounding included: Yes

• Physician in Practice: 4

• Support Staff:

- Breast: 5 NP/PAs, RNs, MAs, Scheduler

- Plastics: 3 NP/PAs, RNs, MAs, Scheduler, Frontdesk

• Procedures:

- Surgical Care, Suturing

- OR assist, Post -op care

• No of Exam Rooms : 10 (Fac 2)

• Lab & X -Ray Onsite

• EMR: Epic

• Other Info: Providers will need to be extremely responsive with paperwork

• Hospital Privileges required: Yes

• Temporary Privileges available: Yes

• Travel, lodging, and malpractice insurance covered

Requirements:

• Active WA License

• BC

• DEA

• BLS
