Pay: $18.00 per hour
Schedule: 5:00 AM – 1:30 PM

$750 Sign-On Bonus

New hires may be eligible for a $750 sign-on bonus, paid in two installments:

• $375 after 60 working days


• $375 after 90 working days

As a General Warehouse Employee, you will help keep our warehouse operations running safely and efficiently. Your responsibilities may include:

• Loading and unloading products and materials from trailers and containers.


• Moving and organizing products throughout the warehouse.


• Using hand trucks, pallet jacks, electric pallet jacks, forklifts, and other warehouse equipment.


• Reading labels, load sheets, and work instructions.


• Following directions from supervisors and working effectively with your team.


• Operating motorized warehouse equipment after completing required training and OSHA safety certification.


• Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work area.


• Meeting daily production and loading/unloading goals.


• Performing general warehouse duties as needed.

We're looking for employees who are reliable, hardworking, safety-conscious, and ready to work.

• Dependable attendance and punctuality.


• Ability to safely lift 50+ pounds.


• Comfortable performing physical warehouse work throughout the shift.


• Previous warehouse, loading/unloading, distribution, or material-handling experience is a plus.


• Electric double pallet jack experience is preferred.


• Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions.


• Basic reading and math skills.


• Strong attention to detail.


• Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team.


• Willingness to work overtime, weekends, or holidays when needed.


• Must pass a background check and drug screening.

Physical Requirements

This is an active, hands-on warehouse position. Employees must be able to:

• Stand and walk for extended periods.


• Frequently bend, reach, push, pull, carry, and move products.


• Lift and move items weighing 50+ pounds.


• Occasionally lift items weighing up to 70 pounds.


• Work in warehouse, loading dock, and varying temperature conditions.
