Genetic Testing Coordinator / Inside Sales – Beach Blvd Center (Full-Time, 3x12 Schedule)

We are seeking a Genetic Testing Coordinator / Inside Sales professional to join our team at our Beach Blvd center in Jacksonville, FL. Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Wednesday, 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Responsibilities:

• Build strong relationships with patients and clients to enhance the overall experience.
• Educate prospective patients about Hereditary Cancer Testing and its benefits.
• Guide patients through the testing process, answering questions with expertise and care.
• Provide transparent discussions on costs and coverage options.
• Elevate the customer service experience for our patients.
• Assist with strategic marketing and outreach initiatives.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in consultative medical or luxury sales.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in cold calling or inside sales, consistently meeting or exceeding targets.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a persuasive approach.
• Excellent phone and customer service skills with confidence in handling objections.
• Self-motivated, disciplined, and able to work independently.
• Ability to quickly learn complex medical information.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree preferred.

Job Details:

• Pay: Hourly, Bonus Eligible (Monthly)
• Work setting: In-office, outpatient imaging center
• Location: Beach Blvd Center, Jacksonville, FL

Experience (Required):

• Customer Service: 2 years
• Dermatology, MedSpa, Hospitality, Cold Selling, Inside Sales, or Concierge Medicine: 2+ years
