GeoAnalytics Senior Subject Matter Expert - Generous Compensation

Contract Length: 1 year
Location: Hybrid - Harrisburg, PA 

The selected resources will be responsible for maintaining and updating all ITSM objects that are assigned to them. ITSM objects include, but are not limited to:

· Incidents

· Problems

· Change Requests

· Requested Items

· Tasks

· Projects

Senior Subject Matter Expert (SME) / Support Lead resource:

The ideal Senior Subject Matter Expert (SME) / Support Lead will have a minimum of five (5) years of expertise as a Lead and/or Subject Matter Expert on GeoAnalytics projects and teams.

Additional required skills include:

· Esri Experience

· ServiceNow Experience

· Azure DevOps Experience

· Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification

· Informatica Experience

List of Tasks/Duties Expected but not Limited to…

· Work under the direction of the GeoAnalytics Information Officer (GIO) and GeoAnalytics Operations Manager (GOM), and help coordinate work efforts and activities

· Provide subject matter expertise

· Review and suggest new functionality within the GeoAnalytics environment

· Attend weekly status and other meetings upon request

· Attend CBS planning meetings

· Manage ITSM objects

· Provide User support to staff and outside contractors as directed by staff

· Provide ROM estimates and propose due dates

· Development of standards

· Research of new initiatives

· Collaborate with various IT Teams including, but not limited to: BRM, Functional Team, Technical Team, Enterprise Application Managed Services (EAMS), and Project Management Office (PMO)

· Perform Program and/or Project Management activities
