GEOINT Analyst Positions (Jr, Mid, Sr, SME)

Location: San Antonio, TX 

We are seeking highly motivated and skilled GEOINT Analysts at various experience levels (Junior, Mid-level, Senior, and Subject Matter Expert) to join our team in San Antonio, TX. The ideal candidates will support geospatial intelligence operations, analysis, and reporting to provide actionable intelligence in support of national security and defense missions.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, analyze, and interpret geospatial intelligence data from multiple sources including imagery, maps, and other geospatial information systems.


• Produce detailed GEOINT products and reports to support operational and strategic decision-making.


• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams including intelligence, operations, and technical personnel to integrate GEOINT into broader intelligence efforts.


• Utilize advanced geospatial tools and software to conduct terrain analysis, target development, and mission planning.


• Maintain situational awareness of current events and emerging threats through continuous monitoring and analysis of geospatial data.


• For Senior and SME roles: Lead and mentor junior analysts, develop training materials, and provide expert guidance on GEOINT methodologies and best practices.


• Ensure compliance with all security and classification guidelines related to handling sensitive intelligence information.

Qualifications

Junior GEOINT Analyst

• Bachelor’s degree in Geography, Geospatial Science, Intelligence Studies, or related field.


• Basic understanding of geospatial intelligence concepts and tools.


• Familiarity with GIS software and imagery analysis preferred.


• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.


• Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance.

Mid-level GEOINT Analyst

• 3+ years of experience in GEOINT analysis or related intelligence field.


• Proficient with geospatial analysis tools such as ArcGIS, ENVI, or similar software.


• Experience producing GEOINT products for military or government customers.


• Strong written and verbal communication skills.


• Active security clearance required.

Senior GEOINT Analyst

• 5+ years of GEOINT experience with demonstrated leadership capabilities.


• Expertise in advanced geospatial analysis techniques and intelligence integration.


• Proven ability to lead projects and mentor junior analysts.


• Experience working in joint or interagency environments preferred.


• Active security clearance required.

Subject Matter Expert (SME) - GEOINT

• 10+ years of specialized experience in geospatial intelligence analysis and operations.


• Recognized expert in GEOINT methodologies, tools, and emerging technologies.


• Track record of providing strategic guidance and innovative solutions to complex intelligence challenges.


• Experience developing training programs and advising senior leadership.


• Active top-secret security clearance with SCI eligibility preferred.
