We are seeking a driven, hardworking individual to join our consulting group based in Tucson, AZ. The position would be with our vibrating wire piezometer installation team. 

• Field work will include downhole equipment installation, site characterization, geologic and geotechnical mapping, and geomechanical core logging
• Data collecting and processing of downhole installed equipment and data reduction, including but not limited to stereographic, statistical, and geospatial analyses
• Technical  documentation and reporting of field data and analysis work
• Must be willing to travel up to 75% of the time 

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in geology, geological engineering, geotechnical engineering, mining engineering, or related discipline (but not required), or 10 years of industry related experience in an engineering field like the military or similar “hands-on” field
• A natural problem solver with an engineering mindset, and team management skills
• 0-5 years’ experience (willing to train the right candidate) 
• Willing to travel domestically and internationally
• All candidates must legally be authorized to work in the USA

Pay

$25-30 an hour depending on prior experience and education.
