Job Opportunity: German + English Customer Service Agent (On-Site)

Join our team as a Customer Service Agent and provide support to clients via email and chat. We are hiring both full-time and part-time candidates, with flexible shift options to fit your schedule.

Position Details

Shifts Available:

Choose the shift that suits your lifestyle:

• Day Shifts: 10:00 AM 7:00 PM
• Late Shifts: 12:00 PM 9:00 PM
• Night Shifts: 5:00 PM 2:00 AM

Part-time options available for all shifts.

Training:

• Duration: 2 weeks of standard training followed by 1 week nesting.
• Special Nesting Schedule for Night Shifts: 5:00 PM 1:00 AM (night transport and additional payment provided for night work).

Compensation & Benefits

Sign-On Bonus

• 2000 BGN Gross for all successful hires joining on March 10th or April 14th, 2025.

Salary

• 3800 BGN Gross (95% of work consists of email and chat support).

Additional Benefits (Applicable to All Roles):

• Monthly transportation/internet allowance of 50 BGN net, paid in addition to the base salary.
• Extra payment for night hours work (if applicable) according to the company program.
• Bonus for life events such as marriage, birth or adoption of a child, or university graduation (500 BGN).

Relocation Brochure

Relocation assistance is available for those moving to a new location:

• Travel Expense Reimbursement (up to 490 BGN):
  • Reimbursed after 6 months of employment (valid travel documents e-ticket and invoice must be provided).
  • Reimbursement will not be processed if there is pre-notice or contract termination within the first 6 months.
• Advance Salary Option:
  • Employees can request 1056 BGN net advance salary, transferred within 5 working days.
  • If the contract is terminated within the first 6 months, any outstanding advance salary will be deducted from final payments.
• Hotel Assistance:
  • Hotel bookings will be arranged for employee arrivals.
  • If the employee doesnt inform the hotel before 12 PM of the arrival day or fails to cancel a room, they will need to cover the cost of that night.

Requirements

• Documents Accepted:
  • Residency Card (valid for more than 1 year).
  • EU Citizenship.
  • Refugee Card.

Work permits and blue cards are not accepted.
