About the Role

Join our multilingual CS team supporting customers mainly via email & chat (95%). Bring your German (C1) and English (B2+) skills to a dynamic, supportive environment. Students are welcome! Training and nesting are provided before you go live.

Your Schedule

• Choose your shift:
  • 10:0019:00
  • 12:0021:00 (late shift)
  • 17:0002:00 (night shift)
  • Part-time options available.
• Work days: Monday to Sunday (rotational, shift-based)
• Training: 2 weeks (standard working hours)
• Nesting: 1 week (full-time) or 2 weeks (students, 17:0001:00)
• Night shifts: Extra compensation + transport included

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: 3,800 BGN gross/month
• Monthly allowance: 50 BGN net for transport/internet
• Night work: Premium pay as per policy
• Special occasion bonus: 500 BGN for marriage, childbirth/adoption, university graduation

Relocation Support

Who Can Apply

• Accepted documents: Long-term EU residence card (valid 1+ year), EU citizenship, refugee card
• Not accepted: Work permit, blue card
