German Speaker Wanted!

We are looking for German-speaking Customer Service Agents currently based in Malta to join an international airline contact centre team.

In this role, you will assist customers with travel-related inquiries, reservations, and support requests while delivering a high-quality customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle incoming calls and assist customers with travel-related queries
• Provide clear and efficient support for bookings and services
• Maintain high standards of communication and customer satisfaction
• Manage requests and follow up when necessary
• Handle customer concerns in a professional manner
• Work closely with team members and support other markets when needed

Requirements

• C2 level German and minimum C1 level English
• Previous experience in customer service or sales is an advantage
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Team-oriented mindset
• Availability for shift-based work
