German Speaker Wanted!

We are looking for a German-speaking Sales Development Representative to join our team in Sofia. In this role, you will identify new business opportunities, engage with potential customers, and support the sales pipeline in a dynamic international environment.

This position offers a hybrid working model after onboarding and relocation support for candidates moving from outside Sofia.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and qualify new sales opportunities
• Engage with potential customers and build strong relationships
• Support the sales pipeline through proactive outreach
• Work towards individual and team sales targets
• Maintain accurate records in CRM systems
• Collaborate with internal teams to optimize sales processes

Requirements

• German and English (minimum B2 level)
• 2–3 years of experience in sales or customer service preferred
• Proven ability to achieve sales targets or KPIs
• Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
• Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics is an advantage)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies
