We are currently hiring German-speaking Contact Centre Agents to join a dynamic team in Malta. You will handle customer inquiries, provide high-quality support, and ensure a seamless customer experience.

Requirements

  • German language
  • English (C1 level)
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Customer-oriented mindset
  • Availability to work on-site

Working Schedule

  • Monday to Friday
  • 09:00 – 18:30 (8-hour shifts)
