German Speaking Customer Service for Construction industry

This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about customer service and have an interest in construction solutions. As a representative, you will provide support and assistance to customers navigating their construction-related inquiries, all while delivering outstanding service in German.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries regarding construction services, project specifications, and product information via phone, email, and chat in German.
• Assist customers with project planning, quotes, and service scheduling.
• Provide information regarding industry regulations, materials, and service timelines.
• Resolve customer issues and complaints effectively, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system for future reference, ensuring compliance.
• Collaborate with project management and operational teams to deliver up-to-date information to customers.
• Stay informed about construction trends and company offerings to assist customers effectively.

• Fluency in German (both written and spoken) is required; proficiency in English is a plus.
• Experience in customer service, preferably within the construction or related industries.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with customers.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to customer needs.
• Aptitude for managing multiple inquiries simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and general computer applications is desirable.
• Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings and weekends as necessary.
