Job Description - German Speaking Customer Service for Education & E-Learning industry

Mercier Consultancy MD is thrilled to offer an exciting opportunity for German Speaking Customer Service Representatives in the Education & E-Learning industry. This role is perfect for those who are passionate about education and eager to provide excellent support to learners and educational institutions. As a member of our team, you will assist customers in German, helping them navigate our educational platforms and services effectively.


Key Responsibilities

  • Answer customer inquiries regarding e-learning services, course offerings, and educational tools via phone, email, and chat in German.
  • Provide guidance to students and educators on using our platforms, account management, and troubleshooting.
  • Assist customers with enrollment processes, payment inquiries, and service upgrades.
  • Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently with a focus on ensuring satisfaction.
  • Document customer interactions accurately in our CRM system for tracking and follow-up.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer experience and service delivery.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and company offerings to provide informed support to customers.
  • Fluency in German (both written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is a plus.
  • Experience in customer service, preferably within the education or e-learning sector.
  • Strong communication skills with an emphasis on customer-focused service.
  • Ability to convey complex information clearly and effectively.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to customer inquiries.
  • Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) systems and online educational tools.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as necessary.
