German Speaking Customer Service for Energy (Oil & Gas) industry

Mercier Consultancy MD is excited to offer an opportunity for German Speaking Customer Service Representatives in the Energy sector, specifically focusing on Oil & Gas. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about customer service and have an interest in the energy industry. You will be responsible for assisting customers with their inquiries and guiding them through our services, all while providing excellent support in German.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage customer inquiries related to energy services, pricing, and account management via phone, email, and live chat in German.
• Provide information on product offerings, service agreements, and energy solutions.
• Assist customers with billing issues, service inquiries, and resolve concerns effectively.
• Document all customer interactions accurately in our CRM system.
• Collaborate with operational teams to ensure timely resolution of customer issues.
• Stay informed about industry trends, policies, and company offerings to provide up-to-date information.

• Fluency in German (both written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is a plus.
• Experience in customer service, preferably within the energy or Oil & Gas industry.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with customers.
• Strong problem-solving capabilities and a proactive approach to addressing customer needs.
• Ability to handle multiple inquiries simultaneously and manage priorities effectively.
• Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software is desirable.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends as necessary.
